FAQ
Common questions.
How long does a stocktake take?
100 to 150 items per person-hour with QR labels. Multiple people in parallel scale linearly.
Can the team count in parallel?
Yes. Every workspace member scans into the same open session. Lists update across phones in real time.
What about items not scanned?
Left unchanged. The report shows them under 'Not counted' so nothing slips through silently.
Can I do partial stocktakes?
Yes. Scope to a folder at session start. Useful for cycle counts.
Does it lock items during the count?
No. Picking can continue. When you apply, we set each item's qty to what was counted in the session.
Can I export the result?
After apply, export the whole inventory as XLSX. A dedicated count-history export is on the roadmap.
