Free forever. The free plan is a real plan, not a 14-day trial — no card on file, no expiry, no surprise lockout.

What does the free plan include?

100 items, 2 users, unlimited scanning, QR and barcode label printing, CSV/XLSX import and export, stock count sessions, 3 custom fields, and 30 days of activity history.

What's not in the free plan?

Low-stock alert emails, reports, unlimited custom fields, and full activity history are on paid plans (from $29/month). Honest gating beats a fake 'free' badge.

What's the catch? How do you make money?

Paid plans for teams that outgrow the limits. We don't sell data and we don't show ads — the free plan is how you find out whether the product fits.

What happens if I go over 100 items?

Nothing breaks. Everything stays scannable and editable; you just can't add item 101 until you upgrade or archive something.

Can I move my data out if I leave?

Yes. Export the whole inventory as XLSX at any time, on the free plan included. No export paywall.
