Common questions.

Do I need a barcode scanner gun?

No. Your phone camera reads Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, and QR. USB scanners work on desktop too.

What formats does it scan?

Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, and QR. Code 128 is the default for the labels we print.

Can I print my own labels?

Yes. Pick items, pick a layout (Avery 5160, 5163, or single sheet), pick copies per item, print straight from the browser.

Does it work offline?

Not today. The scanner needs a connection to look up codes and save changes. Offline mode is on the roadmap.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. 100 items, 2 users, in-app scanner, label printing, and CSV export. Free forever.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet can't scan. The whole point is instant lookup from a phone for receiving, picking, counting, and reordering.
