Common questions.

How fast is a typical count?

Roughly 100 to 150 items an hour per person once labels are on. Put more people on it and it goes proportionally faster.

Can a team count in parallel?

Yes. Everyone on your team scans into the same count, and the tally updates on everybody's phone as it goes.

What about items I didn't scan?

Left unchanged. The report flags them under 'Not counted' so you can come back if you missed any.

Can I scope a count to a folder?

Yes. Pick a room or shelf when you start, and anything from outside it is turned away when scanned.

What if I over-count by scanning twice?

Tap the entry and type the correct number, or use the minus button. Each scan is +1; manual edit overrides.

Does it support cycle counts?

Yes. Counting one area at a time on a rotation is exactly what this is built for.
